If you have previous experience or understand the real estate business already, then you have a head start!(as long as you have no bad habits) If not, however, then you just need to enjoy learning, and we will provide you with all the training you need. Our unique system will be your main tool for running a successful business. You will become the local expert because you will always have direct access to all our Head Office personnel and Lawyers to answer any property related query from your clients and or Vendors.

Yes, as long as you or a member of your team has a good level of English so that you can converse and communicate with our clients in writing. Most of your clients will be English speakers and all our systems and tools are in English.

Yes, you could become one of our partners. We just need to do a valuation of your territory and property portfolio and see if you understand and will commit to following our system.

The contract is in English and Spanish and the initial commitment is for five years. There is NO Renewal fee for the following 5 years.
